Employers can only see your contact information after you apply for their job posting. Your information is not visible to employers unless you submit an application to their specific job.

How do employers post jobs?
To post a job:
  • Create an employer account
  • Complete your company profile
  • Go to "Post a Job" in your dashboard
  • Fill in job details (title, description, requirements, salary)
  • Submit the job posting for review
  • Once approved, your job will be live on the platform
How can employers search for candidates?
Employers can use our candidate search feature to find qualified candidates by filtering based on skills, experience, location, and other criteria. You can then reach out to candidates who match your requirements.
How long does it take for a job to go live?
Most job postings are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Once approved, your job will immediately appear in search results and be visible to all job seekers on the platform.
Can I edit or delete a job posting?
Yes! You can edit job details, close applications, or delete job postings at any time from your employer dashboard. Navigate to "My Jobs" to manage your active postings.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:
  • Go to the login page
  • Click "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Check your email for an OTP code
  • Enter the OTP and set a new password
How do I verify my email address?
After registration, we'll send an OTP code to your email address. Enter this code on the verification page to activate your account. If you didn't receive the code, click "Resend OTP" to get a new one.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes! Strive Hunt supports Google OAuth for quick and secure sign-in. Click "Continue with Google" on the login or registration page to use your Google account.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account:
  • Log in to your account
  • Go to Settings
  • Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  • Confirm the deletion
Note: This action is permanent and will delete all your data including applications, saved jobs, and profile information.
Is my data secure on Strive Hunt?

Can I have both candidate and employer accounts?
Yes! You can create separate accounts for job seeking and recruiting. Use different email addresses for each account type to keep them distinct.
